[영어메일 한단어] concall, toll free

현재 내가 하는 업무와 별 상관이 없기는 하지만,
영어로 메일을 자주 받는다. ( 단지 같은 팀이라는 이유로.. ㅎㅎ )

그때 자주 등장하는 용어가 concall 이랑 toll free라는 단어이다.

concall은 Conference call의 줄임말이다.

Conference call

A conference call is a telephone call in which the calling party wishes to have more than one called party listen in to the audio portion of the call.
